Out of Place | Ballet Edition is a performance-based event by Berlin-based label AZEA ZALEA that reimagines classical ballet through contemporary bodies, lived experience, and collective presence.
Runway meets ballet not as a tradition to be preserved, but as a language to be shifted.

The performance is part of AZEA ZALEA’s ongoing Out of Place narrative, which explores what it means to occupy spaces that were not built with us in mind, while refusing to disappear within them. Set between fashion presentation and live performance, the event centers the body as a site of authorship and presence as an active choice.

Through movement, styling, and spatial intervention, AZEA ZALEA's Ballet Edition questions visibility, discipline, and belonging, opening up ballet as a space for redefinition, plurality, and contemporary expression.
