ART. TEXTILES. CIRCULARITY.

During Berlin Fashion Week, we collaborate with Circular Berlin to present Chain by Berlin-based artist Sophia Muriel at Kleiderei from January 28–31.

Sewn from worn jeans, the monumental chain reflects on consumption, global supply chains, labor, and recycling—connections that both support and restrict. Familiar and soft, yet heavy.

Sophia Muriel works with used everyday materials, continuing their stories through sculptures and installations that explore transience, vulnerability, and resilience in relation to resources and clothing.

Together with Circular Berlin, we emphasize textile circularity through the REPAIR DEAL, a repair pop-up, and a Special Event on January 29 (4–10 p.m.) with the artist, drinks, and on-the-spot jeans repair.
