The ARAI Collection 2026–27 is presented as an immersive, performative showroom where clothing comes to life through wear and interaction. Hosted at Kissabō tea house in Berlin, the event blends fashion, movement, and multisensory experience: performers wear the garments, move through the space, serve tea, and engage directly with visitors. Guests can observe, try on, and order pieces, fostering a close connection between designer, audience, and clothing.

Collaborations with dancers, composers, and visual artists create an atmosphere engaging all five senses, emphasizing craftsmanship, materiality, and sustainability through mindful production and presentation. The collection, “Musuhi (Birth Spirit),” draws on Zen philosophy—exploring emptiness, stillness, and harmony—expressed through garments that evoke emotional and spatial awareness.

A traveling “tea space” concept will promote the event across Berlin beforehand. The exhibition remains open to the public July 2–5.
